• South American Cuisine & Food

• Education in the Americas

• Music of the Americas

• Conservation – Water usage and deforestation

• Child Labor

• Religion in the Americas

• Festivals & Holidays – Day of the Dead, Carnival, etc.

• Everyday life through photography (photojournalism)
